The company claims that the battery lasts 1.5 times longer than standard Nickel-Hydrogen batteries. The bipolar electrode plate has anode material on one side and cathode material on the other, and multiple cells are stacked with a special separator between them, which is the design. This arrangement cuts down internal battery resistance to a great extent and thus helps in the increase of performance and efficiency.
Though the Toyota Aqua Hybrid might be the ideal candidate for those Indian purchasers who prefer a high-mileage modern hatchback, the possibility of its launching remains unclear. In case Toyota opts to bring it here, the Aqua would likely attract a significant number of customers looking for cutting-edge hybrid tech and excellent fuel savings.
