Tata Curvv Updated With New Rear Comfort Features; Prices Now Start at ₹9.65 Lakh

Tata Curvv: Tata Motors has revamped the Curvv series and thus rolled out an excellent feature pack with high comfort, especially for rear passengers, right before the year-end season. The Curvv, which was already a premium and feature-packed product, gained some more price with this update. The new range now starts at ₹9.65 lakh (ex-showroom). Here’s what Tata has added to the 2025 Curvv.

What’s New

The last update puts an unmistakable emphasis on the rear seat experience. Curvv, alongside the introduction of passive ventilated rear seats, does not come with a feature that is hardly found in the segment. Besides, the company has included rear sunshades, dual-zone climate control, and cupholders, all focusing on making the cabin quite comfortable for daily use.

The ventilation, lighting and custom theme have been some of the interior’s distinguishing features. By using a new ‘Lalitpur Grey’ leatherette upholstery and a white carbon-fibre dashboard insert, the cabin gets an upscale and modern, thus, dead-in-the-water appeal. Overall, these changes are in line with the basic design philosophy.

Features

The newly equipped devices are the only changes in Curvv’s long list of features. The SUV keeps on coming with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, ambient lighting, and a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display.

The Curvv also keeps offering features like ventilated front seats, cruise control and a 9-speaker JBL audio system, thus providing a balanced luxury experience for the customers.

Safety

The 2025 Curvv still has a strong point in safety. It comes with a Level 2 ADAS package, which is a full range of safety functions that support the driver. The basic safety package consists of six airbags, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.

All these features make the Curvv one of the safest vehicles in its class.

Engine Options

The Curvv car has the same existing powertrain lineup, allowing buyers to choose from three engine options. They are the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, the 1.2-litre TGDi direct-injection turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.

The six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic can be paired with all engines depending on the variant. The TGDi engine is still the most powerful petrol option in the lineup, which is for the customer who wants strong performance.

Pricing

The updated Tata Curvv with the new features has its price start at ₹9.65 lakh (ex-showroom). The price varies according to the combination of engine and transmission chosen, with the higher-spec variants providing a more extensive feature set along with a premium finish.

The diesel versions maintain their position in the upper part of the lineup and are targeting mostly long-distance users while the turbo-petrol and TGDi versions are for urban and performance-oriented consumers.
