New Tata Sierra 2025 – The legendary Tata Sierra finally returns, and everyone is thrilled. Tata Motors has revealed the roster price for the new-gen Sierra at Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The booking window for the SUV will open on December 16, 2025, and firstly, January 15, 2026, will be the date for deliveries. The 2025 Sierra is going to be a blend of modernity and the historic name with a new platform, premium features, and a variety of engines.
Price
The new Tata Sierra’s price is Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it a direct competitor in the compact-to-mid SUV segment. Tata will commence taking bookings from December 16, 2025, and the first deliveries to customers will occur on January 15, 2026, in major urban areas.

Interior
The interior of the new Sierra is a great combination of luxury and technology. The showcase is the three-screen arrangement consisting of two 12.3-inch HD displays along with one 10.25-inch driver display. Upholstered in beige and grey, the bi-colour seats not only look attractive but are also very comfortable thanks to the adjustable headrests and wide padding. Further up the luxury features are hot/cold climate zones for two, a wireless charger, a 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, sunshades, Level-2 ADAS and a panoramic sunroof. The Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos delivers a rich audio experience, while 5G connectivity keeps the car updated for years.

Exterior
The Sierra’s design gives a new look while retaining the classic Alpine window signature. The front of the SUV has already got the connection to LED DRLs, LED lamps and the bold Sierra badge. The gloss-black coverings on the bumper and grille area create a more luxurious impression. The side view shows the SUV with 19-inch alloy wheels. The rear of the SUV has a sleek and modern look due to the full-length LED light bar and a silver skid plate which adds to the toughness of the character.

Colours
Tata has introduced the Sierra in six single-tone paint variations Andaman Adventure, Bengal Rouge, Coorg Clouds, Mintal Grey, Munnar Mist and Pristine White. Each tint is carefully crafted to emphasize the SUV’s muscular figure, at the same time provide the customers with a wide range of options for personal style.

Platform
Sierra rides on Tata’s innovative ARGOS architecture. This advanced platform allows for different body types, high safety, and even the possibility of an all-wheel-drive version in the near future. The SUV will be available in seven trims – Smart Plus, Pure, Pure Plus, Adventure, Adventure Plus, Accomplished and Accomplished Plus – offering a broad choice to the buyers.
Engines
The Sierra comes with three engine options from Tata. The 1.5-litre Kryojet diesel brings to the table 118 PS of power and up to 280 Nm of torque, depending on the choice of transmission. The 1.5-litre TGDi Hyperion engine gives you 160 PS and 255 Nm, smoothly mated to the 6-speed automatic. Moreover, a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated Revotron petrol engine is also in the lineup with 106 PS and 145 Nm available with manual and DCT options. Additionally, Tata has identified an AWD version that will be shortly available, thus further empowering the SUV.
