Honda ZR-V Hybrid SUV 2026 – Honda Cars India are all set to launch the SUV ZR-V Hybrid, which will hit the Indian market as a CBU (completely built unit) model in 2026. It is not an isolated event but rather a part of Honda’s ambitious plan to launch 10 new cars including 7 SUVs by the end of the decade. ZR-V Hybrid will be Honda’s global e:HEV technology in India, which is going to be the combination of capability, performance, and luxury.

Engine
The ZR-V Hybrid boasts a 2.0-litre petrol engine fed by two electric motors, and the result is a total of 184bhp with 315Nm of torque. This powertrain set up allows the SUV to attain 100kmph speed in just 7.8 seconds with a claimed maximum speed of 173kmph. The hybrid system also puts a premium on efficiency by offering an outstanding mileage of 22.2kmpl as per the WLTC cycle so it can be used for city commutes as well as long highway trips.

Design
Honda ZR-V Hybrid SUV is designed and shaped in a way to look modern and perform aerodynamically. There is a bold oval front grille with vertical slats that is well complemented by the sleek LED headlamps that are also integrated with LED DRLs. The SUV’s powerful stance is further emphasized by the wide wheel arches, a sloping bonnet, and LED tail-lamps. The vehicle has the dimensions of 4,568 mm in length, 1,840 mm in width, and a height of 1,620 mm along with a wheelbase of 2,665 mm, thus giving it a very strong road presence and at the same time it being quite a practical family car for urban environment.

Interior
The ZR-V Hybrid has a premium cabin featuring a digital driver display of 10.2 inches and an infotainment system of 9 inches that is supporting both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for wireless operation. In addition, the SUV has dual-zone climate control, electrically adjusted front seats, wireless charging, and a Bose sound system, which altogether offer a very comfortable and tech-savvy experience to both the driver and the passengers.
