Elevate e:HEV

The hybridised version of Honda Elevate would indeed be the next big thing for the brand as it is one of the volume drivers at present. The launch of the Elevate hybrid is slated for the 2nd half of 2026, around the festive season. The Elevate will be powered by a 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle petrol engine along with two electric motors, just like Honda City e:HEV. The setup is likely to produce approximately 126 PS of power with good torque and very high fuel efficiency of more than 25 kmpl. Honda is all set to place the Elevate e:HEV in the market as a hybrid leader in volumes, thereby directly competing with Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder by providing a smooth, quick, and green driving experience.

Sub-4 Meter SUV Hybrid (Next-Gen WR-V Replacement)

Honda is working to get back in the Sub-4m SUV segment again, which is currently being ruled by Tata Nexon, Maruti Breza, and Hyundai Venue. This compact SUV, waiting for the second half of 2026 or even till 2027, is quite likely to adapt a reduced version of Honda’s 1.5-litre hybrid engine or may set up a new small hybrid platform. This D-segment SUV is likely to come as a CBU or CKD import and will be using the world’s 2.0-litre strong-hybrid powertrain.
