The price of Tata’s Tiago, which has made its mark as the country’s cheapest electric car, has increased. The company has informed us that the starting price of Tata’s Tiago has increased by Rs 20,000.
The company has changed the prices of all variants of Tiago Electric. The entry-level XE variant with a 19.2 kWh battery pack and 3.3 kWh charger is priced at Rs 8.49 lakh, ex-showroom. After this, the new price of the XT variant has been increased to Rs 9.29 lakh.
The new XT variant with a 24KWH battery pack and 3.3KW motor has been priced at Rs 10.19 lakh, XZ Plus at Rs 10.99 lakh, and the XZ Plus Tech-Luxury variant at Rs 11.49 lakh.
The new XZ Plus variant with a 24KWH battery pack and 7.2KW motor has been increased to Rs 11.49 lakh, and the XZ Plus Tech Luxury variant has been increased to Rs 11.99 lakh.

When this electric car was launched in the Indian market by Tata, it was then introduced with a starting price of Rs 8.49 lakh. The company had told us that the price would be Rs 8.49 lakh only for the first 20 thousand bookings, after which the prices could be changed.
The 24 kWh battery can be run for approximately 315 kilometres after a full charge. While the car gets a range of 250 km with a 19.2 kWh battery. Tata Tiago EV supports a fast-charging option. The battery can be charged from 10 to 80 per cent in just 58 minutes using the DC fast charger. This is, of course, the ideal and fastest charging time.
The company has also given regenerative technology in Tiago Electric, which helps increase the car’s range. Other features include push-button start, cruise control, auto temperature control, electric ORVMs, height adjustable driver’s seat, cooled glove box, rear wiper and washer, electric tailgate release, follow-me-home lights, puncture repair kit, touchscreen infotainment system, leatherette. Many features like upholstery are available.
