Mini Cooper SE convertible electric vehicle will come in limited edition

Car manufacturer Mini will bring its Mini Cooper in electric form and the convertible edition. Whose information has been given by the company? But the company will sell only 999 units of this car. What will be seen in this car? We are going to give its information further.


The new convertible features black accents on the grille and ORVMs, a dual-tone body with faux grille, circular adaptive LED headlights with integrated LED DRLs, blacked-out B-pillars on the sides apart from the narrow air dam, door- Mounted black body cladding and 17-inch alloy wheels have been given. The front grille of the car and a new ‘E’ badge in place of the S letter give it a different look.


A 50kWh lithium-ion battery pack will be provided in this car, which will be capable of producing maximum power of 184bhp and the highest torque of 270Nm. At the same time, this electric hatchback can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 7.3 seconds, and its top speed is 150 km/h. Its range will be 235 to 270 km on a single charge.


In terms of features, there is a slight change in this car; in place of the digital instrument cluster, it has been given a head-up display and a circular touchscreen in its centre. Apart from this, safety features such as a heated steering wheel, wireless phone charger, remote lock/unlock feature, 360-degree-view camera and multiple airbags are considered safety features.


How much does this cost? And when will it be launched in the market for sale? No official information has been given about this. The starting price of its current variant is Rs 50.90 lakh ex-showroom.

In the domestic market, this car competes with great cars like Honda Civic 2022, Chevrolet Bolt 2023, Volkswagen Golf GTI, Kia Soul, and Mazda MX-5.
