MG Motor India has announced that it will increase the prices of its entire range of cars. The increased new prices will be implemented from March 1. However, the company has not disclosed the new prices. The reason for this price increase is believed to be the updating of vehicles in line with the new RDE norms, but the company has not confirmed it. Gloster and Hector
After increasing the prices of the MG car, the MG Gloster has increased by up to Rs 60,000, depending on the different variants. At the same time, the price of the petrol variant of MG Hector has also increased by Rs 60,000. While the price of the diesel variant of this car has increased by Rs 40,000.
MG Astor Price
The price of MG’s compact SUV car Astor has now been increased by up to Rs 30,000. Along with this, the company’s electric SUV MG ZS EV prices have also been increased by Rs 30,000.
Increased for the second time
MG Motors has increased the prices of its cars for the second time. Earlier, MG had increased the prices of its cars by up to Rs 90,000. Along with this, other car companies have also increased the prices of their vehicles, including companies like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Toyota, Mahindra and Tata Motors.
MG Air EV
MG will soon bring its smallest electric car MG Air EV into the country with a possible starting price of Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). Regarding battery pack and range, two battery packs 17.3kWh and 26.7kWh, are available in its international variant. Both come with a 40PS electric motor along with a rear-wheel drivetrain. On the other hand, talking about the range, a range of 200km and 300km can be found in the small and big battery packs, respectively.
