Mercedes unveiled the new 7-seater e-SUV

The EQB electric SUV will become India’s first 7-seater luxury EV when it is launched on 2nd December. This will be the cheapest electric SUV from the German brand. It will be powered by a 66.5 kWh battery pack, producing 188 Bhp and 385 Nm.

The all-electric EQB SUV has a WLTP range of 330 km on a single charge. However, the global-spec model also comes with a massive 70.7 kWh battery, which offers a range of 391 km on a single charge.

Mercedes already sells the EQB in the global markets. It comes in two variants, EQB 300 and EQB 350. Latest Car News The EQB 300 gets a dual-motor 228 hp powertrain, while the other variant gets a 292 hp dual-motor setup.

The EQB is offered with the company’s four-wheel-drive system. It claims to run from zero to 100 kmph in about six seconds.

Mercedes claims it can recharge up to 80 per cent in just 32 minutes using the fast charging option. The EQB is likely to be priced lower than the EQC, which is priced at Rs 99.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
