Hyundai Motors launched its new electric vehicle Hyundai IONIQ 5, in India. For the first time in the country’s history, a spectacular projection was made at the Gateway of India through Hyundai IONIQ 5. Booking of electric vehicles will start on 21 December 2022. Customers can book this EV for Rs 1,00,000.

Hyundai IONIQ 5, the first model developed on E-GMP (Electric Global Modular Platform), is all set to start the pump-to-plug revolution. Hyundai IONIQ 5 will provide a convenient and state-of-the-art driving experience with 21 Hyundai SmartSense features (Level 2 ADAS). The most special thing about this car is that it has two battery packs in it, and it will be charged up to 80 per cent in 18 minutes.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV will be one of the safest cars on Indian roads. The 2021 model of this car achieved a five-star rating in the Euro NCAP Crash Test in Europe. This car has Smart Sense Level 2ADAS. The car will include 21 features like Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, and Driver Attention Warning.

The car’s interior has a 12.3-inch HD touchscreen main display and another 12.3-inch driver’s display. Along with this, the car has Wireless Phone Charging, a Head-Up Display, and Sunroof. According to the company, the car will get Premium Relaxation Seat in the EV front, giving relaxation functionality in seating. The car will be available with Electric Adjustment and Lumbar Support. Its sleek design has made it comfortable to move inside the cabin. The seats have a memory function, settings, and a push button to open leg space. The car also gets a Sliding Center Console.
