Honda has finally launched the 2023 Honda City after a long wait. The company has kept a price range of Rs 11.49 lakh to Rs 20.39 lakh for this new sedan. These are all ex-showroom prices. Four trim levels—SV, V, VX, and ZX—will be offered for this vehicle. Honda has upgraded both engines’ real driving emissions (RDE) standards and E20. Moreover, the approaching diesel engine has been shut off.
Equipped With ADAS technology
Adas is installed in the new City (Advance Driver Assistance System). In addition, you will be able to see all of the functions in the suite, including the 360-degree sensor, mitigating blind spot, lane keep assist, autonomous emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control.
The new Honda City no longer has Hill Start Assist, Vehicle Stability Assist, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, 6 Airbags, A Multi-Angle Rear View camera, Icefix Child Mount, or an ORVM-Mounted Lane Watch camera as safety features. A wireless charger, rain-sensing auto wiper, a PM2.5 cabin air filter, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are also available in the Honda City.
Brand-new Honda City engine
The new Honda City’s engine and power boasts a 1.5L NA petrol engine that can provide 118 bhp of power and 145 Nm of torque. A CVT or 6-speed manual transmission will be available. The company also states that it will have a roughly 18 km/litre mileage. Furthermore, offered in the new metropolis will be hybrid engines. The business asserts that this vehicle, the only one in the segment, could provide more than 26 km per gallon mileage.
New Honda City Color Options and Design
Regarding the new city’s deed, several minor adjustments have been made. New 16-inch alloy wheels with a new design, redesigned front and back bumpers, and a honeycomb grille is available. A new colour scheme, Obsidian Blue, has been added to the model lineup. Platinum White Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, and Metaroid Gray Metallic are additional colour choices.
