Yamaha has introduced the Neo electric scooter to the European market. The price of this scooter has been set at 3,005 Euros in Europe, which is around Rs 2.5 lakh in India. According to Yamaha, this electric scooter will be offered in a few European nations beginning in May 2023. India’s industry for electric two-wheelers is currently booming with brand-new introductions. Every day, new scooters or bikes are introduced by all companies. Yamaha, a well-known Indian bike maker, will introduce two new electric scooters. This is Yamaha’s debut product in the market for electric automobiles.
Now the company has introduced the new Neo electric scooter in front of Indian Yamaha dealers. Neo EV is based on its standard variant, with which a 50 CC engine is given. Yamaha has given the electric scooter several common model components, one of which is the stunning-looking twin headlight setup. Its styling and design are strong, and overall, this scooter looks very attractive; Yamaha Motorcycle India will introduce two new electric scooters in the Indian market, named Yamaha E01 and Yamaha NEO. Yamaha has showcased these electric scooters at dealers’ meet.
Yamaha Neo E-Scooter:
Last month, Yamaha launched its electric scooter Neo (Yamaha NEO) in the European market. Experts say that the Yamaha Neo E-Scooter has been designed so that it cannot get light scratches. The Yamaha E01 scooter is being sold in Taiwan. Now, these scooters are being introduced in the Indian market. These scooters were introduced at the dealers’ meet.
Yamaha Neo Electric Scooter has been designed in such a way that it can be protected from minor scratches. The EV is powered by a hub-mounted brushless DC motor that produces 2.06 kW of power in STD mode. Features like a digital instrument console, Bluetooth connectivity and keyless ignition can be given in Yamaha E01 electric scooter. Three right modes – Eco, Normal and Power can be given in this scooter. With a single battery pack, its maximum range can be around 70-80 kilometres on a full charge.
The Yamaha Neo electric scooter has a 50.4V and 19.2Ah lithium-ion battery pack. The electric motor fitted with this battery pack generates 2.5 kW of power and 136 Newton meters of torque in standard mode.
