KTM 390 Adventure To Get Two Big Rivals In 2023; Know what the price and features

The 390 Adventure is one of KTM India’s well-liked indigenous models. The 390 Adv is a practical motorbike that can handle both on- and off-road situations and is fully equipped. The Enfield Himalayan 450 and the Hero Xpulse 400 pose a severe threat to the 390 Adventure in the upcoming calendar year.

  1. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450:

Both motorcycles are anticipated to hit showrooms in 2023 and have been seen testing frequently. The new 450 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine that will power the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will likely be positioned above the current Himalayan 411 and have a maximum power output of about 40 horsepower.

The next Himalayan 450 might have features including an LED headlamp, an offset rear mono-shock suspension, and upside-down front forks, and it could cost roughly Rs. 2.8 lakh (ex-showroom). It will heavily use design elements from the Himalayan 411, which gave rise to Scram 411 in the past. The Himalayan 450 will eventually get a stricter version.

We may anticipate that the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will be lighter than the Himalayan 411 and have better handling and off-roading capabilities because it appears to be based on an entirely new chassis. The Hero Xpulse 400 is anticipated to debut in the second half of 2023, but it will most likely be unveiled by the third quarter.

  1. Hero Xpulse 400:

The largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world will use it as its flagship adventure touring machine, and spy photos show that it will have features like an LED headlamp, an LCD instrument console, a tall windscreen, a tall handlebar position, wire-spoked front and rear wheels, a dual-channel ABS, a side-mounted exhaust unit, and a long travel suspension, others.

The hero may price the next dual-purpose adventure touring motorcycle aggressively due to the success of the Xpulse 200. Rumour has it that a 421 cc single-cylinder engine with about 40 horsepower may be employed. RE is also working on a 650 cc Himalayan, but it won’t be available for some time.
