Two-wheeler maker LML is returning after 5 years of shutting down its business in the country. The company has revealed that it will showcase two new electrics at the live Auto Expo this month. In which there will be an LML Star electric scooter. On the occasion of its comeback, the company introduced three electric scooters Orion, Moonshot and Star.
The Star electric scooter LML will be the brand’s first product after its return, which is expected to be launched this year.
The Star electric scooter has been given a futuristic design with a dual-tone theme. LED projector headlamps with DRLs will be seen in them, and horizontal indicators will also be provided. This electric scooter will also get features like a mono-shock, digital instrument cluster, ride modes, dual disc brakes, reverse mode and tire pressure monitoring system TPMS in the rear, and telescopic forks in the front suspension.
The technical features of this electric scooter have not been disclosed. However, it is expected to come with a range of up to 120 km. Its top speed can be 100 km per hour. The price of this electric scooter can start from Rs. 1 lakh ex-showroom.
This electric scooter can compete with models like TVS iCube and Simple One. The Simple One electric scooter gets a 4.8kWh removable dual battery setup. This battery can be fully charged in 75 minutes. The starting ex-showroom price of this scooter is Rs 1.10 lakh.
