2026 Suzuki Hayabusa – Suzuki’s 2026 Hayabusa has been revealed globally, and the changes made are mainly of a cosmetic nature but are quite significant for the legendary superbike. Nonetheless, the 1,340cc inline-four engine, which is the heart of the bike, is still there, providing 190bhp and 150Nm of torque and Suzuki’s attention has mainly been directed at the electronics, rideability, and aesthetics.

Engine

The standard 1,340cc engine will keep being used for the Hayabusa guaranteeing a high-performance output. Selectable throttle maps, however, have been modified to help low-end torque, thus making it smoother acceleration in city riding or touring. The launch control system has been upgraded to facilitate rapid getaways also, while the bi-directional quickshifter now allows the cruise control to be active even during gear shifts. The total weight is further reduced by a new lighter lithium-ion battery that is included in the package.

Design

A Special Edition Hayabusa with an eye-catching blue and white paint scheme has been made available by Suzuki. This limited version is outfitted with a 3D Suzuki emblem, special graphics on the fuel tank, and a seat cowl as standard, thus giving it a unique appearance as opposed to the normal model.

Features

In addition to the performance upgrades, the 2026 Hayabusa also features improvements in ride electronics and handling. The new throttle maps, launch control refinements and cruise control upgrades have made the superbike more manageable in congested areas and during long-distance rides.

Pricing & Availability

In the UK, the cost of the 2026 Suzuki Hayabusa is set at £18,599 (around Rs. 21.55 lakh). The company has not yet revealed any plans for the Indian market, however it is likely to come in at a slightly higher price point than the current India-spec model, which is Rs 18.06 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) priced.
