2026 Maruti Brezza Facelift Spied: The facelifted Maruti Brezza of 2026 has been caught during its testing phase on Indian roads, divulging various updates that will enhance the compact SUV’s practicality and features. The most significant aspect of the new variant is its underbody CNG tank, which is similar to the arrangement Maruti utilizes in the Victors. This modification will create a considerable amount of trunk space, thus making the Brezza CNG a very user-friendly option compared to CNG cars because usually, the latter lose a lot of space due to the cylinder being placed in the boot.

From the test mule, it can be inferred that Maruti Suzuki is preparing to incorporate ADAS features into the Brezza. Testing of ADAS on vehicles like Fronx and Baleno has already commenced, and the facelifted version is likely to offer such features as lane assist alerts, forward collision warning, and autonomous emergency braking. With these features, the Brezza will be one of the most technologically advanced compact SUVs in its range with the launch.

Design modifications come with the update as well. The rear unit can be seen with new tail-lamps, revamped alloy wheels, and a shark-fin antenna. A CNG sticker, which is clearly visible, indicates that the new CNG variant is there. It’s assumed that the front will get a new grille, updated lamps, and modified bumpers to sync the SUV with Maruti’s modern design.
In terms of performance, the Brezza will retain the same 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine combined with a mild-hybrid system. This engine contributes 102 bhp and 137 Nm of torque in petrol mode, while the CNG option gives 87 bhp and 121.5 Nm. Commuters will be able to select between a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission, same as the existing model.
